Working at the intersection of physical, emotional, and energetic layers, I offer slow, listening hands and compassionate presence creating space for your body to release what's ready and find its way back to wholeness.

Integrative Massage Therapy
Integrative Massage is for those who want more than tension relief, who is ready to slow down, feel, and come back into relationship with their body. We begin with breath and gentle guided awareness, often including a simple meditation to create a grounded foundation for your system to soften and receive. A cohesive, full-spectrum session weaves massage, craniosacral support, manual lymphatic drainage, and subtle energy therapy for whole-body support and integration.

Clients often experience deep states of relaxation and a deeper awareness of their body and a clearer understanding as to how to tend to their own body’s needs outside of our treatments.
