Rates + Policies

Welcome to Rising Earth Healing Arts! Please review our policies and rates to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. From appointment guidelines and cancellations to gift cards and sauna use, these policies help us maintain a nurturing space for all clients. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Please plan to arrive for your appointment 15 minutes before your scheduled time.  This time allows for unexpected delays in traffic, navigating parking and settling in before your session begins. 


    If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may not be extended and your appointment will end at the scheduled time.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, the appointment may be subject to a no show.  This is up to the discretion of Rising Earth Healing Arts LLC

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of 100% of your session fee.

    No show appointments will be charged for the full rate of appointment. There are no exceptions to no show appointment fees. thank you for your understanding.

  • We do not offer refunds.  At the discretion of Rising Earth Healing Arts LLC, prepaid services, gift cards and sauna packages may be transferred to another individual.  Note: All sauna packages have a 3 month expiration.

  • If your gift card was purchased via Square, please call us to schedule your appointment if you are a first time client. As a first time client with a Square gift card you will not be able to book online.  All MassageBook gift cards can be used to book directly online.

  • 60 min: $150 - $160

    75 min: $175 - $190

    90 min: $200 - $220

    120 min: $280 - $300

  • We do not accept insurance.  Please check with your insurance provider as oftentimes you may have a preventive or wellness care option and the ability to submit a receipt for services with Rising Earth Healing Arts LLC for reimbursement.  We do accept payments using FSA and HSA account. A detailed receipt for your service to submit to the insurance company is available upon request.

  • Street parking is accessible across the street from Rising Earth Healing Arts.  There is parking along both sides of West Main Street on the bridge (just down the hill from Rising Earth).

    Municipal lots are accessible on West Main Street and on Mill Street.

  • It is recommended to be nourished and hydrated before your appointment.  Light meals are suggested.  If you are using the sauna, please bring a water bottle along with you.  Water refill is available.  

    Please refrain from putting on commercial perfumes or colognes when visiting.

  • The default time frame of using the sauna if adding it on to a treatment is after your treatment.  If you prefer to use the sauna before your treatment, please note this in the notes section when booking your appointment. Please bring a towel with you or we have towel rentals for $5.

  • There is a shower to use here in the sanctuary for an additional fee of $10.  Please note on your appointment booking if you plan to shower before or after your session.  Please, no showers longer than 5 minutes, as it is within the only restroom we have here.
