About Christine

"Healing is comprehensive in that we welcome the mind (our beliefs), the body (physical and emotional), and Spirit (our connection to Higher benevolent purpose) in a co-creative experience, bringing inner truth to light.  To engage in any kind of healing is to create a fertile environment for transformation and growth where you unveil the roots of separation from the self and love them back to connection. " ~Christine Jude

Rising Earth Healing Arts is a holistic wellness practice in Wappingers Falls, NY, founded by Christine Jude Winus. The practice integrates evidence-based somatic therapies with ancestral healing traditions, including Maya abdominal massage, integrative bodywork, craniosacral therapy, energy medicine, and spiritual mentorship. Each modality is designed to support clients on their journey through physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation.

Christine's methodology is rooted in the interconnection of mind, body, and spirit, creating a therapeutic environment where personal growth and deep healing can emerge. At Rising Earth, clients engage in a process of reconnection with their authentic selves, leading to embodied integration of soul and soma.

Meet Christine

Christine Jude Winus is a licensed massage therapist, somatic bodywork practitioner, and feminine wisdom mentor who integrates ancient healing modalities with contemporary therapeutic approaches. With over a decade of clinical experience, Christine accompanies women, men, and families through transformative healing journeys that honor both the scientific and sacred dimensions of embodiment.

Her clinical approach synthesizes craniosacral therapy, eastern and western massage traditions, Mayan abdominal techniques, and somatic trauma resolution methodologies. This integration is designed to facilitate access to the body's inherent intelligence and what Christine understands as the body's role as keeper of our lived experience and gateway to healing. She works from the principle that the body holds the language of our deepest knowing, and that sustainable healing emerges when we support clients in re-establishing this vital communication.

Christine's practice offers particular depth for women navigating physiological and spiritual transitions including fertility support, menstrual health, perimenopause, menopause, post-trauma embodiment, and somatic integration. Her work creates space for clients to reconnect with their body's wisdom and capacity for self-healing, while her mentorship supports those moving toward deeper alignment with their true nature. Healing is simply an act of remembrance and a return to the wholeness that has always resided within.

Community & Practice Philosophy

Christine's work extends beyond individual therapeutic sessions to supporting the broader wellness community. As a trauma-informed practitioner, she offers compassionate care for those navigating life transitions, womb health challenges, and recovery from developmental or complex trauma.

Her holistic practice includes the creation of healing art through sacred weaving and clay sculpture, recognizing creative expression as integral to the healing process. Christine maintains a deep commitment to ecological wellness, cultivating medicinal herbs in her personal gardens that are incorporated into the Rising Earth Apothecary. This connection to the Earth reflects her broader philosophy: that healing occurs not in isolation, but through our relationship with nature, community, and the wisdom traditions that have sustained human wellness across generations.
