Meet Christine Jude

"Healing is comprehensive in that we welcome the mind (our beliefs), the body (physical and emotional), and Spirit (our connection to Higher benevolent purpose) in a co-creative experience, bringing inner truth to light.  To engage in any kind of healing is to create a fertile environment for transformation and growth where you unveil the roots of separation from the self and love them back to connection. " ~Christine Jude

Rising Earth Healing Arts is my holistic practice in Wappingers Falls, NY ~ a place where therapeutic bodywork meets ancestral and earth-based healing traditions. I integrate craniosacral therapy, Maya abdominal work, integrative massage, manual lymphatic drainage, energy medicine, and mentorship, alongside pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support. Each offering honors the whole person and the natural thresholds of life ~ from menstrual health to motherhood to menopause and beyond.

My work is rooted in the understanding that mind, body, and spirit are not separate. When we create a steady, attuned environment, the body begins to reorganize and remember its own intelligence. At Rising Earth, healing is a process of reconnection and a return to yourself, where growth unfolds from a place of integration and self-trust. You are always the healer.

Meet Christine

Hello. I am so glad you are here.

I am a licensed massage therapist and somatic practitioner devoted to women’s embodiment and the body’s natural capacity for healing. With over a decade of hands-on clinical experience, I weave together therapeutic skill and deep respect for the intelligence of the body.

My work integrates craniosacral therapy, traditional massage, Mayan abdominal techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, and trauma-informed somatic practices. I approach each session with the understanding that the body carries our lived experience, and that healing unfolds when we create the conditions for it to be heard.

Alongside clinical bodywork and energy-based practices, I have witnessed recurring patterns in the women I serve ~ cycles of depletion, disconnection, over-functioning, and quiet resilience. These patterns often live not only in the tissues, but in the nervous system and the ways we relate to ourselves. I support women in reclaiming their voice, reconnecting with their cyclical and seasonal rhythms, and moving through life’s thresholds with greater steadiness and self-trust.

Whether through hands-on care, mentorship or doula support, my work invites the release of over-functioning and a return to a more honest relationship with the body. Healing, as I see it, is less about fixing and more about remembering who you are beneath the roles you carry. At Rising Earth, I hold space for that return gently, and in your own time.

Community & Practice Philosophy

My work extends beyond individual sessions and into the wider circle of community care. I hold space for those moving through life transitions, womb health challenges, grief, and the deeper patterns the body carries from lived experience. Many who come to me are untangling the effects of long seasons of stress, over-responsibility, or experiences that have shaped how safe they feel in their own bodies.

Creative expression is woven into my healing philosophy. Through sacred weaving and clay, I honor art-making as a way to integrate what words cannot always reach. I cultivate medicinal herbs in my gardens that inform the Rising Earth Apothecary, staying rooted in relationship with the land and the quiet teachings it offers.

I do not believe healing happens in isolation. It unfolds through connection — to nature, to community, and to the wisdom traditions that have sustained us across generations.
