The Sanctuary

Rising Earth is nestled along the Wappinger Creek, where water moves steadily and can be heard and felt throughout the space. The Sanctuary was created as a place to soften ~ a space where nature, warmth, and quiet support to return home to yourself.

Nestled along the Wappinger Creek, the Sanctuary at Rising Earth Healing Arts offers a place to slow down and soften. Light moves through the trees and across the water, shifting with the seasons and inviting a natural rhythm back into the body. The warmth of the infrared sauna supports circulation and deep rest, while red light therapy offers gentle support for tissue repair, vitality, and overall restoration.

Just beyond the treatment rooms, the three-season sunroom opens to the creek ~ a quiet space to sit, breathe, and integrate from April through October. This is an environment designed to support your nervous system and the body’s inherent capacity for healing. If you feel called to gather here in an intimate way ~ to host a small circle, seasonal ritual, or restorative evening with your community, the Sanctuary may be available for thoughtfully aligned use.

This space holds room for meaningful connection.

Parking: Street parking is available opposite Rising Earth Healing Arts in front of County Players and along the bridge (in both directions). The street parking on the bridge offers gentle accessibility in and out of your vehicle.

Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

The infrared sauna at Rising Earth offers deep, steady warmth in a quiet, creekside setting. Unlike a busy spa environment, your time here feels personal and unrushed and more like stepping into a peaceful retreat than checking into an appointment. Warm wood, soft lighting, create space for your nervous system to truly settle. The heat works gently yet effectively, supporting circulation, detoxification, and full-body restoration.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy at Rising Earth is offered within the quiet rhythm of the Sanctuary ~ warm, softly lit, and intentionally unhurried. The space feels more like being welcomed into a peaceful home than entering a busy wellness center, allowing you to settle in and truly rest.

I use the Platinum BioMax 600, a high-quality, medical-grade LED panel designed to support cellular vitality, skin health, muscle and joint comfort, and overall recovery. You may choose to add red light therapy to a massage or bodywork session to deepen restoration, or book it on its own for focused renewal. A Warm Embrace

The sanctuary at Rising Earth Healing Arts was created with the intention that it feel like a warm embrace when one walks through the threshold. Christine is a kinesthetic learner and she thrives in environments that convey a sense of softness and grace. This is one of the intentions that fueled the creative design of the sanctuary.

Every nook of the sanctuary tells a story of the journey she has taken on her path as a healer. Christine believes that healing doesn’t need to be sterile and clinical, in fact the most profound and deepest healing comes from being in Nature. Everything here simply feels like a warm embrace. Many women who arrive here exhale a bit deeper when they walk in, their shoulders soften and they begin to take up more space - because “it just feels so good to be here”.
