Massage > Intuitive Integrative Massage
Integrative massage begins with a meditation and an orientation to breath to bring you into a closer relationship with yourself in the present moment. Through gentle guided awareness, creating a grounded foundation where sensation becomes clearer, the mind quiets, and your nervous system is invited into softening into receptivity.
Sessions unfold through slow, intentional movements and continuous, integrating touch that helps your whole system feel met rather than worked on in parts. Each session is guided by what your body is communicating in the moment. At times that looks like therapeutic support for release, circulation, and recovery; at other times it’s a slower inward listening while tracking sensation, meeting deeper holding with care, and allowing the system to reorganize from within.
Each session is designed to be cohesive, a full-spectrum offering shaped by what you’re here for. I weave together the modalities I offer as one integrated field of care: massage therapy, craniosacral support, manual lymphatic drainage, Mayan abdominal work, and subtle energy therapy.
The intention of integrative massage is to support you into coming into communion with yourself through this experience, connecting you with the subtle energy body within you that orchestrates the felt sense experiences you have within. Our body has the capacity to heal. Instead of looking to me to “fix” or “solve” the issues, I facilitate an experience that allows for the inherent capacity of the intelligence of the body to be recognized and realized. When we come into relationship with the body in this way, we become aware of the language it is using to speak to you, offering an invitation to be in a new relationship that is not focused on pain and suffering but one that orients toward ease and fluidity.

Integrative Massage blends various techniques such as craniosacral therapy, energy medicine, and traditional massage to address physical, emotional, and energetic communication within the body.
-
Traditional massage carries the energy that the therapist is there to fix or solve a physical issue in the body.
Integrative massage is facilitated with the understanding that the body does not need fixing or solving - it simply needs to be listened to at the most subtle rhythms of fluid, fascia and energy. Within the facilitation are techniques and practices that allow for these subtle rhythms to be heard and therefore inspires the natural capacity of the physical body to reorient toward ease and fluidity. You become the healer.

Each session begins with an exploration to tune into what is presently arising from within you which may be a physical, emotional or more spiritual presentation of experience.
Christine works with craniosacral therapy to support the body in recognizing itself which offers the invitation to self organize. She weaves in therapeutic techniques such as traditional massage, Mayan abdominal massage and lymphatic drainage to support opening and ease within the body so that it can communicate as a unified field and restore vitality and coherence.
