Holistic Pelvic Care™: Restoring Balance for Physical and Emotional Well-being
A Powerful Approach to Healing the Pelvic Area
Holistic Pelvic Care™ (HPC) is a gentle, integrative therapy that addresses pelvic health by combining physical therapy, energy work, and emotional healing. Developed by women’s health physical therapist Tami Kent, this approach promotes balance and well-being in the pelvic region—a vital area of the body that is central to women’s reproductive health, emotional well-being, and overall vitality.
Healing Beyond the Physical
The pelvis isn’t just a physical structure; it’s also a storage space for emotions and memories. Trauma, stress, and even unresolved emotions can manifest in the pelvic area, leading to physical discomfort, tension, and imbalances. Through myofascial release and energy balancing, Holistic Pelvic Care™ works to address these deep-seated emotional blockages, allowing for physical and emotional healing to take place simultaneously.
Holistic Pelvic Care™ Treatment Process
The treatment process includes two sessions. The first is an in-person session where the therapist uses external techniques to release tension and restore alignment. The second is a virtual session, where you are guided through self-massage and internal pelvic visualization practices to continue your healing journey at home. This two-part approach empowers women to take an active role in their own healing, fostering a sense of control and connection to their bodies. If you feel called to this treatment and are unable to come in for an in-person session, virtual sessions are offered and we will focus more on the energetic and self practice techniques that Christine provides in person.
