"Healing is comprehensive in that we need to include and address the mind (our beliefs), the body (physical and emotional), and Spirit (our connection to Higher benevolent purpose) in treating the person.  To engage in any kind of healing is to create a fertile envrionment for transformation and growth where unveil the roots of separation from the self and love them back to connection" ~Christine Jude

Christine is a trauma informed, somatic bodywork therapist and wise woman mentor, specializing in holistic women’s wellness. Her approach utilizes techniques rooted in the foundation of craniosacral therapy, a somatic bodywork practice which engages the entire body in the healing process. Christine believes that the body is a storyteller and that when we listen compassionately and with curiosity to our body we discover the medicine of healing that we seek. There is a wisdom within each one of us that has the capacity to heal on every layer. We look to the body as a wise resource, ally, and guide. Your body has been your companion through all of life’s events and it knows in its muscles, nerve fibers - it's very cells - the story of YOU.

With Christine, you will learn how to transform negative physical and emotional experiences into wisdom that will serve you moving forward. Christine offers you self-care practice tools to integrate into your life - creating a greater sense of self, building resilience and offering hope through recognition of change.

Liberate your Body, ease your Mind and soothe your Soul

From Christine

I believe that the disconnection and separation in today’s world is a result of our disconnection with the Earth and her natural rhythms and cycles. The physical body, like the Earth is a storyteller.  Important information is held within the cells of the body that inform us through pain or pleasure.

When entering into healing, acute or chronic - the realm of treasure exploration, omitting the physical body as a partner in this journey and relying solely on thought will not do. The body is a recordkeeper and so we must listen to what is happening underneath the surface with care and compassion.

My work and philosophy is supported by years of training and study in bioenergetics, manual bodywork therapies, craniosacral therapy, womb shamanism, psychology, somatic trauma informed healing and women’s holistic health.  I offer a combination of physical/psychosomatic healing that is based on the belief that emotional healing can be aided through resolution of bodily tension.  Our true and sustainable healing happens at a subconscious level (core healing) so if there is a struggle in any part of your life in this moment, connect with me to discover how my unique practices can provide a deep sense of awareness, ease, peace and healing.

Women’s holistic health, womb healing and spiritual wellbeing are areas of special importance to me.  Many men also arrive in my office for support in their healing journey as my practice is based on the foundation of Earth medicine which is Feminine in form.  I have facilitated women’s red tents for many years supporting women in reconnecting to their womb wisdom, emotional and ancestral healing, sacred menstrual cycles and healing their relationship with sacred menstruation, a rite of passage that is welcomed back into this world for our girls and women. Women who are experiencing life transitions, i.e. career, relationship, becoming a mother, those who have experienced trauma, abuse, mother/sister wounds, fertility issues and seek support on their spiritual path in life, into Feminine empowerment and overall wellbeing are called to this work.

I am a multi-disciplinary healing artist and extend this passion to create by creating art as medicine in the form of sacred weaving and sculpting with clay.

I find grounding and inspiration in Nature, destinationless strolls through the forest, swimming in freshwater streams, lakes and rivers, conversing with her body and the trees, stones, winged ones and four leggeds, time communing with the earth in my medicinal gardens cultivating herbs and flowers - many of them used in my art and medicine making for myself, family and community.
